Email problems

Unfortunately, I've been getting farther and farther and farther behind on email. That's unacceptable and YOU deserve better than that! I guess it's the downside to the business growing a bit and getting a bit more well known.

If you have emailed me in the past week, month, or couple of months and I haven't answered, I'M TRULY sorry. I was not trying to ignore you at all, I have just been having a hard time getting everything done that needs done while filling pedal orders. We are reorganizing a bit and I've hired several people to help with answering emails, questions and concerns. If you have had a question and it's gone unanswered, please go here and submit your question and one of us will reply back to you ASAP - 99% of the time within 24 hours.

I used to get a ton of email when I was doing a popular blog so I feel your pain. You might try hiring a moderator when you can. It's hard to personally answer all emails in a timely manner.

I got my mind and heart set on the faux tape delay.
